Das Adelphi-Basketballteam ist eine College-Basketballmannschaft der Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. Das Team spielt in der NCAA Division II und ist Mitglied der Northeast-10 Conference. Die Heimspiele des Teams finden in der Center for Recreation and Sports statt.

Das Adelphi-Basketballteam wurde 1939 gegründet. Das Team gewann vier nationale Meisterschaften der NCAA Division II (1973, 1975, 1977 und 1980) und 12 Northeast-10 Conference Championships (1978, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1991 und 1992).

Das Adelphi-Basketballteam ist bekannt für seine starke Verteidigung und seinen schnellen Offensivstil. Das Team hat eine lange Geschichte von Erfolgen und ist eines der erfolgreichsten College-Basketballteams der Division II.
