Der Holy Ghost Sports Club, kurz Holy Ghost SC, ist ein botswanischer Fußballverein aus Gaborone. Der Verein wurde 1972 von der römisch-katholischen Kirche gegründet und ist nach dem Heiligen Geist benannt.

Holy Ghost SC ist einer der erfolgreichsten Fußballvereine in Botswana. Der Verein hat bisher fünfmal die botswanische Meisterschaft gewonnen und dreimal den botswanischen Pokal. Auf internationaler Ebene konnte Holy Ghost SC noch keine großen Erfolge erzielen.

Die Heimspiele von Holy Ghost SC finden im Gaborone National Stadium statt. Das Stadion hat ein Fassungsvermögen von 22.000 Zuschauern.
