Preston Lions U21 ist eine australische Fußballmannschaft aus der Stadt Melbourne. Sie wurde im Jahr 2000 gegründet und spielt in der National Premier Leagues Victoria 2, der zweithöchsten Spielklasse im australischen Fußball.

Die Mannschaft besteht aus Spielern im Alter von 16 bis 21 Jahren und wird von Trainer Peter Kokotis betreut. Das Team ist bekannt für seinen offensiven Spielstil und seine vielen Tore. In der Saison 2019 wurde Preston Lions U21 Meister der National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 und stieg damit in die National Premier Leagues Victoria 1 auf.

Zu den bekanntesten Spielern der Mannschaft gehören die australischen Nationalspieler Aaron Mooy und Mat Ryan. Beide Spieler spielten in ihrer Jugend für Preston Lions U21 und wechselten später zu europäischen Vereinen.
