Narvacan City 3x3 ist ein philippinisches Basketballteam, das an der Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) 3x3 teilnimmt. Das Team wurde 2021 gegründet und ist das erste Team aus der Provinz Ilocos Sur, das an der PBA 3x3 teilnimmt.

Narvacan City 3x3 wird von Trainer Ariel Sison betreut. Der Kader besteht aus den Spielern Leonard Santillan, Jovit dela Cruz, Alvin Abundo und Reed Juntilla. Das Team spielt seine Heimspiele im Narvacan Sports Complex in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.

In der Saison 2021 erreichte Narvacan City 3x3 das Halbfinale der PBA 3x3, wo sie gegen das Team von Zamboanga Valientes ausschieden. In der Saison 2022 will das Team die Meisterschaft gewinnen.
