Die Dominica Premier League ist die höchste Fußballliga in Dominica. Sie wird seit 1962 ausgetragen und wird vom Dominica Fußballverband organisiert.

Die Liga besteht aus acht Mannschaften, die im Ligasystem gegeneinander antreten. Die Saison dauert von August bis Mai. Der Meister qualifiziert sich für die CONCACAF Champions League.
