The I Liga (English: First League) is the second-tier level league of basketball in Poland. It is organised by the Polish Basketball Association. Teams that win the championship have the option to be promoted to the first-tier level Polish Basketball League (PLK). The first I Liga season was held in the 1954–55 season.

Die Polen - 1. Division ist die höchste Basketballliga in Polen. Die Liga wurde 1928 gegründet und besteht aus 16 Mannschaften. Die reguläre Saison läuft von September bis Mai und die Playoffs finden im Anschluss statt. Der Meister der Liga qualifiziert sich für die Teilnahme am FIBA Europe Cup, während der Letztplatzierte in die 2. Division absteigt.
