Die Minnesota State Moorhead Dragons sind ein US-amerikanisches Basketballteam der NCAA Division II, das die Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, Minnesota, vertritt. Das Team spielt seine Heimspiele im Nemzek Fieldhouse und ist Mitglied der Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).

Die Dragons wurden 1921 gegründet und sind seitdem ein erfolgreiches Programm. Sie haben 15 NSIC-Meisterschaften gewonnen und sind achtmal in der NCAA-Division-II-Meisterschaft angetreten. 2014 erreichten sie das Final Four.

Die Dragons werden derzeit von Coach Chad Walthall trainiert, der seit 2016 im Amt ist. Zu den bekanntesten Spielern der Dragons gehörten Dan Sparks, der später in der NBA spielte, sowie Brian Hunter, der als Spieler und Trainer bei den Dragons tätig war.

Die Dragons sind ein beliebtes Team in Moorhead und Umgebung und ihre Spiele werden von vielen Fans besucht. Das Team ist bekannt für seine schnelle und aggressive Spielweise.
